No. 3, Burren Dale is a new and very comfortable 3 bedroomed detached house in the picturesque harbour village of Kinvara. With all modern conveniences, the house has bright and spacious rooms, and private parking. The small Burren Dale estate is quiet, and yet very central being less than a two minute walk to the shops, pubs or quay area. The house is family-friendly and welcomes children. Dunguaire Castle is located at the entrance to the village and each summer there are nightly mediaeval Banquets held there. Kinvara has many well-known bars and restaurants and is famous for its traditional Irish music, which can be heard in local bars most nights. A traditional Irish music festival, "Fleadh na gCuach" (The Cuckoo Festival) is held every May Bank Holiday week end. In August (the actual weekend is determined by tides) Kinvara hosts a traditional sailing festival, "Cruinniú na mBád". Trácht, a Blue Flag beach is only minutes away and also nearby there is Coole Park, Gort, home of Lady Gregory, Thoor Ballylee, home of W.B. Yeats or Kilmacduagh with its' Monastic settlement and round tower. Gort Golf Club, an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course is just 10 minutes drive and there are several other championship courses all within easy driving distance
