This charming traditional thatched cottage is in Geeha, on a pennisula, 4 miles from the village of Kinvara. Kinvara (Cinn Mhara) which means head of the sea in Irish, is County GAlway's only prominent sea village on the southern shores of Galway Bay. It is the gateway to the Burren in County Clare. A refreshing part of Ireland, this area has a lot to offer from windsurfing to kayaking and guided tours in The Burren National Park. The cottage is within walking distance of the beach, unspoilt country side, sea and mountains, where you can enjoy country air, walking or cycling on quiet byroads devoid of traffic. It can accommodate 4 people and is rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. The cottage comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed the other with twin beds. Lounge / kitchen / diner and shower room. Incl TV Video, radio, microwave, w/machine, fully enclosed garden, picnic bench and private off road parking.
